Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with impeccable timing and professionalism
- Master our extensive wine and cocktail menu with detailed knowledge of pairings
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain immaculate dining area standards including table turnover and sanitization
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with solution-oriented approaches
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Proven track record of building guest loyalty and positive reviews
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
