Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding table service with attention to detail and timing
- Manage a section of tables efficiently during peak hours
- Process orders accurately through our POS system
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in high-volume restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- TAM card certification (or willingness to obtain)
