Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine/food knowledge
- Process orders accurately via POS systems
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Support opening/closing procedures including side work
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience required
- Must be 18+ and TABC certified
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
