Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food/beverage delivery, and timely checkouts
- Build rapport with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine dining areas through efficient table bussing and resetting
- Process payments accurately and manage cash/credit transactions
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Support daily opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and order management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
