Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and meal presentation
- Master menu knowledge including local specialties, allergen information, and wine pairings
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and positivity
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
