Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
