Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table turnover while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Handle payments and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to Oregon liquor service regulations and ID verification protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Oregon Alcohol Server Permit certification required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
