Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with memorized menu knowledge
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Reset tables and maintain clean dining areas throughout shifts
- Upsell specialty cocktails, desserts, and seasonal offerings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
