Responsibilities

- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Execute food safety protocols and maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
- Upsell premium menu items and craft beverage offerings
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- DC ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Impeccable communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel experience preferred)
- Valid DC food handler permit
