Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system while coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Manage table assignments and section rotation to optimize guest flow and service efficiency
- Handle payment transactions securely and reconcile cash drawers with precision
- Contribute to a clean, organized dining space by resetting tables promptly and maintaining station cleanliness
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to refine service techniques
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant service experience required
- Washington State Food Handler's and Alcohol Server permits (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to collaborate effectively during peak hours
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
