Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Ensure dining areas are immaculate, including table setup, bussing, and sanitation
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless service
- Handle payments, including cash and card transactions
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate management when necessary
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
