Responsibilities
- Execute event setups, tear-downs, and venue transitions with precision
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, wayfinding, and issue resolution
- Coordinate vendor partnerships and manage inventory/logistics during events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures for attendee wellbeing
- Manage point-of-sale systems and financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with event managers to maintain client satisfaction standards
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50+ pounds
- Proficiency in event technology (registration systems, POS)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
