Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for guests in high-volume restaurant settings
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup according to standards
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior restaurant/server experience required
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
