Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to all guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards
- Manage table turnover while maintaining a clean, well-stocked dining environment
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash accountability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
- Texas Food Handler certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
