Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking and payment processing
- Master menu knowledge and recommend food/beverage pairings
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely order delivery
- Maintain clean dining areas and ensure table turnover efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
