Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with attention to detail and timing
- Expertly recommend menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Maintain clean, organized station and dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings and cocktail service
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid California Alcohol Server Permit
- Basic POS system proficiency
