Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with extensive menu knowledge and allergy awareness
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff during peak hours
- Present and upsell signature dishes, craft cocktails, and local wines
- Manage table turnover and maintain impeccable station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience
- Valid Oklahoma Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and order management
- Passion for Oklahoma's culinary scene and local agriculture
