Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with attention to detail
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings for upselling opportunities
- Process POS transactions accurately and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate dining area cleanliness and table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Support opening/closing duties including side station setup
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Outstanding communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Passion for local SF food scene and customer service
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative spirit
