Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Build genuine rapport with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including table resetting and station upkeep
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Upsell specialty menu items and promotional offerings
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine, craft beers, and cocktail fundamentals
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
