Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and professionalism
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Philadelphia food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
