Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak service hours
- Upsell specialty dishes and promotional items
- Contribute to opening/closing sidework duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification
- Strong knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
