Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless timing of courses
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness throughout shifts
- Upsell specialty menu items and craft cocktails to enhance guest experience
- Handle payment transactions with precision and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and post-shift cleaning duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Arizona Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Outstanding communication skills and natural hospitality instincts
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service hours
- Basic knowledge of wine pairings and dietary restrictions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ and able to stand/walk for entire shifts
