- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to all guests
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in order-taking and timing
- Process payments efficiently using our modern POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain pristine dining standards through table bussing and station upkeep
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Valid California Food Handler Card (ServSafe)

- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
