Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to 20+ guests per shift
- Expertly manage food/beverage orders via our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Maintain immaculate table settings and service stations
- Handle cash/credit transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns proactively and diplomatically
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/casual restaurant experience preferred
- Oregon Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
