Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu specialties and seasonal promotions
- Manage cash handling and payment reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience required
- Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Service certification (TABC)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
