Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak and off-peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations including food handling standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
