Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Ensure seamless communication with kitchen/bar staff for accurate order execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness throughout shift
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Upsell menu specials and high-margin items to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
- TAMRSA certification a plus
