- Provide attentive table service for 15-20 guests per shift
- Expertly navigate our 150-item Southern-inspired menu
- Process orders via POS system with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar during peak rush hours
- Execute table resets in under 3 minutes
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Resolve guest concerns with hospitality-first approach
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant server experience preferred
- Georgia Alcohol Beverage Control certification
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Advanced knowledge of wine/beer/spirits
- Exceptional multitasking and memory skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Basic POS proficiency
