Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and ensure cleanliness of dining areas
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and support staff for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in casual or fine dining restaurant service
- Food Handler's certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
