Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with professional beverage and food presentation
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean dining areas and adhere to sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues appropriately
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Georgia Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
