Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming smile and maintain a clean, organized station.
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding food, wine, and cocktails.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Service guests with professionalism, ensuring all dietary restrictions and allergies are noted and accommodated.
- Upsell menu items and special promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of standard wine and cocktail service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
