Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to all guests from greeting to farewell
- Accurately process food/drink orders and relay special requests to kitchen/bar
- Present menu knowledge and upsell seasonal specials with enthusiasm
- Maintain spotless table stations and comply with health/safety standards
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash/POS transactions
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff during peak hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ for alcohol service (TIPS certification provided)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
