Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests with professionalism and warmth
- Accurately process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle payments and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to positive team culture during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer/cocktails
- Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Michigan alcohol service permit
