Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and guest satisfaction
- Reset and maintain clean dining areas and service stations
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work and restocking
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience required
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
