Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Expertly explain menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Manage accurate order entry and payment processing
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to health/safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
- Valid NC Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
