- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar teams
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain service standards
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
