Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and order accuracy
- Exhibit deep knowledge of Southwestern menu ingredients and preparation
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Upsell specialty dishes and local beverages
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Alcohol service certification (TIPS or similar)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food safety handling awareness
