Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless table turnover
- Manage payment transactions and cash handling procedures
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with positive solutions
- Contribute to daily pre-shift meetings and team huddles
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience in high-volume establishments
- Colorado Alcohol Server Certification (RAMP)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
