Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter unauthorized activity through regular patrols
- Operate security systems including CCTV cameras and access control
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Document incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons and residents
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Valid Tennessee Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy for report documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
