The Role

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks its best.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policy.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and safe for shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills with high accuracy for cash handling.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
