Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and making purchase decisions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (students welcome to apply).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record.
