Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and ready to contribute to a positive shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure shelves are fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Assist with store operations, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills.
