Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain an organized and appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stockrooms throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
