Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register while upholding cash-handling policies.
- Merchandising: Help with stock replenishment, folding, tagging, and visual merchandising displays to drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and fellow associates to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Event Assistance: Support in-store promotional events and seasonal campaigns to attract new clientele.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
