Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic stock audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
