Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and POS software.
