Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments with precision
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts (Mon-Fri)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to operate retail equipment safely
