Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every customer entering the store.
- Sales Generation: actively promote products, explain features, and drive sales to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are organized, and the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process returns/exchanges efficiently, and resolve customer concerns with a smile.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Tools: Comfortable learning and using POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software.
