Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation, floor displays, and inventory management
- Support store operations through restocking, cleaning, and maintaining organized sales floors
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including security protocols and end-of-day reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and participate in promotional events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
