Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, organizing stockrooms, and performing regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
